        Internship is a job training opportunity whereby students have the chance of applying classroom-based theoretical knowledge that they gained in their academic studies into the real world. It is often interesting for one to know what are some of the experiences faced by students in a working environment and how do they cope with the various challenges encountered. Hence, this section of the website shows the journey of me undergoing my internship training in OSK Holdings Bhd. This includes the preperation that I needed to make for my internship, a brief history of the company that I participated in, my roles and responsibilities and a collection of reflective journals which describes the various involvement and challenges that I have faced during the course of my internship training.         My internship experience is a challenging one as I took the opportunity to intern in a department which I am not familiar it. Over the course of reading the rest of the section, you will get to know the reasons behind my decision, what are the experience that I gain, the challenges that I face and how I overcome it. It is normal for students to think why students are required to do an internship training as part of their studies. I felt the same way too prior to my training and I can tell you a very different opinion now. I felt it was an invaluable experience that we can gain before officially entering the workforce so that we can be more mentally prepared to enter the working environment next time. I hope that this section of the website that I have created can convince students to look forward for their internship and also hope that informative content can be given to other readers as well.
